KOTUG Canada is a member of Green Marine, a voluntary environmental certification program for the North American marine industry. It is a rigorous, transparent and inclusive initiative that addresses key environmental issues through its 13 performance indicators. The program encourages its participants to reduce their environmental footprint by taking concrete actions.

 

KOTUG Canada is honoured to partner with and learn from the traditions, practices and perspectives of many unique Indigenous communities across Canada, whose traditional knowledge of coastal and marine environments is invaluable to sustainable practices in our industry.

 

Parent company, KOTUG International is strongly engaged in helping people in need and contributing to a safe society with the Kooren Foundation, a charity with an ambition to help those in need of support and guidance find their way back into safe harbours.
