Ard-Jan Kooren

 

Ard-Jan Kooren, 4th generation Kooren CEO, joined Kotug in 1990 as Operations Employee. He was promoted to Manager Marketing and Operations in 1993 and became Commercial Director and Vice President in 1996. He followed in his father's footsteps as CEO in 2002. Elected Dutch Port Authority of the Year in 2012 for his inspiring and innovative approach as a sustainable and internationally operating entrepreneur. As a true ambassador of the Port of Rotterdam he is committed to interest young people for a career in the port. His goal is to be the best and to always stay ahead in maritime excellence with high-tech innovations that serve the business. 

 

 

Osman Munir

 

Osman Munir joined the KOTUG Group in 2007. Having started as Group Controller and later on as Manager Project Department, he rose through the ranks to become Director Business Development, Terminals & JVC (Joint Venture Companies) of the Group. In January 2017 he was appointed CCO. In 2021 Munir was promoted to Vice President of the KOTUG Group of Companies. He uses the strong heritage, the innovative DNA, 24/7 attitude, and the insights gained in the daily operations, to set industry benchmarks, inspire and invent solutions that tackle and fast forward global transformations, while empowering KOTUG's clients with the complete portfolio.

An experienced Marine Services and Offshore Logistics Executive, Stephen brings more than 20 years of broad-based management experience achieving results by being a team builder and a visionary leader. Beyond his talent for resolving immediate business operations problems fast while achieving returns during his progressive career he has improved the health of the corporate culture and always maintained a safe workplace environment.  

 

 

Sean Leet

 

Sean Leet is a globally experienced Marine Services and Offshore Oil & Gas industry Executive with a demonstrated reputation for revitalizing and building organizations through unique business expansion initiatives.  Sean continually works to improve the health of the corporate culture and workplace environment. He has served on a number of boards, including past director of Maritimes Energy Association and Green Marine – currently serving on the board of LNG Newfoundland & Labrador.  As CEO of Horizon Maritime, Sean is responsible for guiding the successful operation of an industry-leading marine services company with locations across Canada and in Norway.
